Where are we located?
We are in Downtown Toledo, on S. St. Clair, in between Washington and Lafayette. We are a half block from the Toledo Mudhens Stadium, between Home Slice Pizza and Downtown Latte.

Where is parking?
There is meter parking on the street. Parking is free from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. and also after 5 p.m. We do have a parking spaces against the back of our building which is accessible through the alley.
 
Please be aware there is a parade downtown on Saturday, November 28th. Please use the Collingwood exit instead of the Washington Street exit.
 

What Methods of Payment are accepted?
We accept Ahava Spa & Wellness center gift cards, cash, checks, visa, Mastercard and discover.

Do we sell gift cards?
We do sell Ahava Spa & Wellness Center gift cards. They are available in a dollar amount or for specific services. All gift cards are non-refundable.

Do the gift cards expire?
Each year after the issue date, the gift cards are reduced by 25% of the value. 

What if I need to reschedule or move an appointment?
We require 48 hours notice in advance if you need to reschedule an appointment. The time of our service providers is valuable to us and we will need adequate time to refill your opening. To move or reschedule an appointment please call 1-800-699-2579.

Special requirements and policies for Groups/Parties
We require a credit card number to hold the spots. We ask for 2 weeks notice in cancelling multiple appointments and the card will be charged if less than 2 weeks notice are given.

What do I need to book a wedding Party?
Please be prepared to provide a credit card number and know who is requesting which services. The same 2 week cancellation policy applies.

Is the food included when bringing in a wedding party?
Fruits and pastries will be provided only for those who are receiving the bridal package.

Are refreshments provided?
Coffee and glasses of water are always complimentary. Soda and smoothies are available for an additional charge.

What should I wear when coming in for a spa day?
We provide robes and slippers for our spa day guests, so your attire can be whatever you are comfortable in.

Should I wear a bathing suit if getting a treatment done in the waterroom?
No, you do not need to wear a bathing suit when getting a water room treatment. Our service providers are well trained and keep your privacy of utmost importance.

What is the difference between a mini and full pedicure?
Our mini pedicure is doing mostly the toe care; soaking, remove polish, cuticles, cut, buff, file, paint nails and massage the foot. The full pedicure includes the foot file, exfoliating foot scrub, and moisturizing foot mask in addition to everything included in the mini pedicure.
