Ahava Wellness Center is located at 30 S. St. Clair right next to Ahava Spa. In our wellness center you will find fitness classes, seminars and a juice bar with fresh fruit smoothies!
 
 
Our Wellness Center is going through a wonderul metamorphasis this new year. We have recently expanded the size of our fitness center and are working on adding more classes to better serve the community! We would love you to stop on by and check it out!

Journey On Juice Bar
 
Create your own Smoothie using the following natural ingredients with either frozen yogurt or a mixture of juice and ice:
 
Pineapple
Banana
Orange
Peach
Mango
Cherries
Blue Berries
Black Berries
Strawberries
Raspberries
Papaya
 
We also have green tea and protein additives.
 
We can combine ingredients for a more natural smoothie for a calorie concious person or the smoothies can be sweetened to desire with frozen vanilla yogurt and whipped cream.
